Private Policy
General
provisions
This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of
this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and
use of personal data by the website operator (see imprint).
The
website operator, we take data protection very seriously and treat your
personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory
provisions. Since new technologies and the continuous development of
this website may result in changes to this privacy policy, we recommend
that you read through the privacy policy again at regular intervals.
Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing")
can be found in Art. 4 DSGVO.
Data collection on our website
Server log files The provider of the pages automatically collects and
stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser
automatically transmits.
These are:
• browser type and browser
version
• Operating system used
• referrer URL
• Host name of
the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data
processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of
data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Contact form
If you use our contact form for your
inquiries, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including
the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose
of processing your inquiry and, if necessary, for clarifying follow-up
questions. We do not pass this data on to third parties.
The
processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based
exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). The data you
entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to
delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing
the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your
request). In this case, a short informal eMail to us is sufficient.
Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain
unaffected.
Rights of the user
As a user, you have the
right, upon request, to receive free information about what personal
data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have
incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed
restricted or deleted. If applicable, you may also exercise your right
to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed
unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory
authority.
Deletion of data
Unless your request
conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention),
you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be
deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there
are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out
because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data
processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked
and not processed for other purposes.
Right of objection
Users of this website may exercise their right to object to the
processing of their personal data at any time. If you wish a correction,
blocking, deletion or information about the personal data stored about
you or have questions regarding the collection, processing or use of
your personal data or want to revoke consents granted, please contact us
by eMail.
